Gran Via 36, working progess

The execution of micropiles for the perimeter retaining walls and wall underpinning has recently begun in the renovation of the building located at Gran Vía 36 in Madrid. The planned refurbishment includes, among other aspects, the excavation below the current level of the building’s foundations to enlarge the basements and the readjustment of the first-floor slab level. The project was designed by CBRE and the work is being executed by CABBSA. Mecanismo Ingeniería has developed the Structures Design and is in charge of the Construction Management.
