Monumental Lisboa

The reform of Monumental, one of the most iconic and emblematic buildings of the 20th century in Lisbon, has won the award for the best Urban Rehabilitation at the SIL – Salão Imobiliário de Portugal awards.
Mecanismo Ingeniería taked part as Structural Consultants for MERLIN Properties, providing Value Engineering during the project phase as well as Technical Assistance tasks during the construction phase.
