Building Integration Workshop 3 & Lecture Series at UVA School of Architecture (University of Virginia, USA)

For the seventh consecutive year, Associate Professors of Architecture Inés Martín-Robles and Luis Pancorbo have coordinated the Building Integration Workshop 3 & Lecture Series at UVA School of Architecture (University of Virginia, USA), sponsored by the Clark-House Construction Colloquium Series Fund.

The series began in March with a multi-class workshop, led by Juan Rey, Founder & CEO of Mecanismo Structural Engineering in Madrid. The workshop was an opportunity for graduate architecture students to better understand the professional relationship that exists between architects and structural engineers in the completion of a project.

Throughout April, an exciting roster of practitioners from Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, and India have been inspiring students with virtual presentations of their work, respectively focused on material conversations about concrete, steel, rammed earth, and ceramics. The series features:
