Rehabilitation works in progress in Madrid city centre

We take the opportunity of the beginning of the year to update the status of some of the works in progress. Specifically we present 4 structural rehabilitation works in Madrid city centre, all of them within a radius of approximately 500 meters.

These works are:

The refurbishment of the building in Plaza de la Independencia 2 (integral refurbishment with new basement levels whose work has recently started)

The refurbishment of the subway parking in Plaza del Carmen (where the structural modification and reinforcement works are being completed)

The refurbishment of the building in Gran Vía 36 (where the second transfer of loads for the construction of the new basements is starting)

The restoration of the Puerta de Alcalá (recently completed work).
