the building is formed by three independent volumes that are elevated from the floor, thereby leaving a perimetral glass strip, and joint by footbridges made of white concrete and glass.
in each of these the structure has been designed as a reinforced concrete box (floors and walls) supported at metalic columns.
the whole concrete structure has been built in white exposed concrete with horizontal wooden formwork, which contributes to a finishing with a very interesting texture.
at structural level a singular element can be distinguished: a canopy of 15 m resolved with a mixed (steel-concrete) structure of a total height of 40 cm.
