90 Rental Housing Building for EMVS, by Junquera Arquitectos + Fernando Manià

At Mecanismo Ingeniería, we are very proud to have developed the structural part of the 90 Rental Housing Building for EMVS, designed by Junquera Arquitectos and Fernando Manià. Additionally, we have provided technical assistance to the project management, ensuring that every structural detail meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
We highlight the design of the freestanding communication core in metal structure and the walkways connecting the different blocks from floor to floor without intermediate pillars.
The design has achieved an optimal use of the basement floors, optimizing economic resources and reducing long-term maintenance costs.
