QUALITY POLICY

 

MECANISMO, DISEÑO Y CÁLCULO DE ESTRUCTURAS, S.L. is a consultancy formed by engineering and architecture professionals specialized in structural design and analysis. Its field of activity is mainly focused on complex and singular structures, collaborating on projects of very diverse nature: from residential buildings to large industrial developments and civil engineering works.

Since our beginnings, we have always embraced a philosophy of continuous improvement. In order to consolidate our position as a leading company in our sector, the Management of MECANISMO, DISEÑO Y CÁLCULO DE ESTRUCTURAS, S.L. decided in 2018 to take a further step forward by implementing a quality management system based on the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.

The guidelines derived from this policy can be summarized in the following basic principles and objectives:

• Human Team: Composed of a group of specialized engineers and architects who strive to contribute an open perspective to the development of the design and execution processes of projects. They represent the greatest asset of MECANISMO, DISEÑO Y CÁLCULO DE ESTRUCTURAS, S.L. and are responsible for conveying to our clients the key elements of our philosophy, based on professionalism, closeness, reliability, and commitment to our clients.

• Customer Satisfaction: Our clients are the reason for our existence. Therefore, we not only aim to meet their needs and requirements, but also strive to anticipate their expectations by providing high-quality services at highly competitive prices.

• Commitments: The Management is committed to complying with customer requirements, as well as with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our activity.
