198 Monier Housing”, by FRPO Rodriguez & Oriol Arquitects

We share with you some images of the recent housing project built in the southeast of Madrid “198 Monier Housing”, by FRPO Rodriguez & Oriol Arquitectos for AEDAS. Mecanismo Structural Engineering has participated as structural consultants in the development of the project. The project includes 80 dwellings -40 per tower- which are organized in a square floor plan of 22 x 22 m, around a central void that allows to bring the built surface to the façade and to build a space for neighbourhood relations. On the ground floor the dwellings are surrounded by a private garden and a large porch.
