Cerro de los Gamos project, MERLIN PROPERTIES

The Cerro de los Gamos project, in Pozuelo de Alarcón, developed by MERLIN PROPERTIES and in which Mecanismo Ingeniería has participated as Structural Consulting Engineering both in the design and construction phases, has recently presented with great success the completion of its phase 1. After this complete renovation of two of the existing buildings of the office park, phase 2 will begin, which will include two other buildings that will be available between 2024 and 2025.
