The structure is built using white concrete walls and slabs, with a polyurethane mold on the exterior face forming vertical grooves or ribs. This system allows for the integration of metalwork that protects the openings through aluminum profiles of the same section and rhythm, creating a lattice-like effect. The volume functions as a continuous structural tube supported by only two columns, generating large overhangs. This tube-like structure, which also serves as the enclosure, opens to the south through a terrace that spans the entire façade. The recessed façade is resolved with floor-to-ceiling wooden and glass joinery, allowing for both magnificent views and the necessary solar control. Thus, the terrace, integrated into the building, becomes part of the surrounding landscape and enables outdoor activities in seamless continuity with the interior spaces.
