With a distinctly hybrid vocation between industrial and administrative functions, the building is conceived as a coherent whole that integrates its public character through a large-scale industrial architectural language. This approach has provided the complex with the flexibility required to adapt to the different functional demands of the program.

One of the most distinctive aspects of the project is the treatment of the building envelope. Through the use of a single façade system composed of industrial corrugated panels, both aesthetic cohesion and construction efficiency are achieved.

Three different finishes define the various areas of the building: micro-perforated galvanized steel panels for the administrative zones; solid panels for the lower level of the industrial area — including vehicle access points; and polycarbonate panels on the upper section, ensuring the entry of natural light.

This strategy significantly reduces energy consumption associated with artificial lighting while maintaining a sober and hermetic external appearance.
