Industrial building in Talluntxe

The project is based on the reuse of containers as structural elements, while maintaining their storage capacity.
Fitted between two existing industrial buildings, a 16 × 64 × 10 m rectangular volume features two façades, open to the east and west, providing access to the warehouse, offices, a loading dock, and a mezzanine floor intended as a rest area for workers.

The longitudinal section reuses ten containers placed on the building’s roof, supported by V-shaped structural frames, with translucent skylights installed between them.
The offices are located on the first floor, within a space where bracing diagonals have been used with a figurative character, employing geometries that reproduce the letters forming the company’s name (AMAYA).
