The project consists of the construction of two buildings within an industrial area — one intended for storage and the other for production.
The storage building is attached to an existing structure along one of its façades. It comprises a ground floor with a reinforced concrete slab foundation and a roof made of prestressed and precast concrete beams, precast concrete purlins, and a light Deck-type finish. The vertical structure is composed of precast concrete columns.
